Parent & Camper Agreement: Rules and Expectations

By registering for the Ave Maria Jiu-Jitsu Kids Summer Camp, parents and campers agree to uphold the following rules and expectations to ensure a safe, respectful, and positive experience for everyone:

Campers are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, and fellow participants at all times. This includes listening внимательно to instructions, using appropriate language, and demonstrating good sportsmanship. Bullying, aggressive behavior outside of structured training, or repeated disruption will not be tolerated.

Students must follow all safety guidelines during jiu-jitsu training and camp activities. Physical contact is only permitted during supervised instruction, and all techniques must be practiced in a controlled and respectful manner.

Campers are expected to stay engaged, participate in activities, and contribute positively to the group environment. We encourage teamwork, encouragement of others, and a willingness to try new things.

Parents agree to ensure their child arrives on time and is picked up promptly at the end of each camp day (9:00 AM 12:00 PM). Campers should come prepared with appropriate attire, water, and any required items.

If a camper demonstrates behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, or repeatedly does not meet expectations, staff will address the issue with the child and communicate with parents as needed. Continued behavior issues may result in dismissal from the camp without refund.

Our goal is to create a fun, structured, and supportive environment where every child can grow in confidence, discipline, and respect. By registering, both parents and campers acknowledge and agree to these expectations.
